Go Droid is the Android application development event of Engineer.

It will provide Android enthusiasts and application developers a platform to showcase their apps.

Participants will be required to develop the app according to the problem statement stated.

Participants will be given 8 - 10 days to develop their apps and submit it online.

Selected teams will get to present their apps during Engineer.

This will be a team event. Teams may consist of upto two members

Creativity knows no bounds and that's precisely what we are looking for.
We felt that asking you to develop applications on problem statements given by us would somehow curb your creative instincts.
Hence you're free to develop any ANDROID based UTILITY application of your own choice pertaining to the following constraints:

1. Relevance: Your application should address some present day requirement of an android user.
2. Creativity: You are free to be as creative as possible. Bring your imaginations to the fore. The more novel the idea, the better it is.
3. Uniqueness : Your application should be authentic and should contain some new approach towards solving the problem. 
4. Portability: The developed application should be compatible with all android platforms and any emulator.

Participants are required to mention the emulator which best suites the application testing, submit the source code and a brief documentation of their project including the key points that make their app. stand apart from the league.
Participants may start developing their apps and register later when the registration opens.
Participants would be given a deadline  to submit their app. Selected participants would be asked to come and present their app at the event on 27th Oct.
