Blueprint, the paper presentation contest held as part of Engineer attracts some of the best minds from all over the country. Participants are invited to present papers spanning various research topics pertaining to the different branches of MANAGEMENT.

Inviting full papers both conceptual as well as empirical/case study from students. The paper should be submitted on the following topics.

• FDI opportunities in India, post recession.
• Digital marketing
• Managing expatriates
• Technology & Operations Management

• The competition is open to all students (UG and PG) from all recognized institutes and universities in India.
• Any number of entries can be submitted from a single institute.
• Plagiarism should be avoided.
• E-mail the softcopy of the abstract by 24th Oct 2011 and Registration Form (filled) on or before 25^th Oct 2011  to mbaevents@engineer.org.in 
• After preliminary screening, selected papers will be notified via e-mail on 25th Oct 2011.
• The final presentation will be held on 27^th Oct 2011.
• The time allotted for presentation will be 10min + 2 min
• The final presentation should be made in Microsoft power point 2007 format only.
• The decision of the organizers and panel of judges will be final and binding on all participants.
• Registration fee of Rs.100.00 has to be paid in cash at NITK desk.
• Team size for paper presentation is restricted to 1-2, although there may be more number of authors to the paper.  

Format for full paper :

• Typing – 1.5 line spacing on A4 size paper
• Font – Times new roman, size : Heading-14 and Body-12
• Margin – left 1.5”and right 1”
• Aligned and Justified
• First page should furnish title of the paper, area of specialization, authors’ name, name of the institute, e-mail id and phone numbers of the authors’.
• Abstract should not exceed 350 words
• Bibliography as per APA style.
